Is this still the beta testing?

Got this app (version 2.2.1) because I had a project I needed to get done right away. It started out with great promise and then it kept crashing and crashing and crashing some more. My query to Support has gotten no response. Do not buy this app until they get the bugs out. Id really like to get my money back.
